We are based in the lovely village of\u00a0Windlesham in Surrey<\/a>, located by its stunning Field of Remembrance and woodland.\u00a0 It\u2019s a handy 50minute train ride from London Waterloo, so we do escape to see the big lights now again.<\/p><\/div>

Since 2000, this team has worked its way up to senior EMEA positions in consumer marketing organisations.\u00a0 Managing brands and marketing to kids, teens and adults with global blue chip companies such as\u00a0Disney<\/a>,\u00a0Warner Bros<\/a>,\u00a0Nintendo<\/a>,\u00a0Hasbro<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Mattel<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>

Focused on digital and above-the-line marketing for entertainment licensed products, sold via UK retail, we hired an abundance of large and small marketing agencies.\u00a0 In a world where budgets were being more scrutinised, we valued real results from marketing expenditure.<\/p><\/div>

In 2017 we decided that the London agencies did not meet our objectives of sustaining margins. Big agency offices, big team salaries and their big ideas were not real.\u00a0 We had to act as if the brands were our own businesses.\u00a0 Therefore, we acted by not cancelling contracts, but leaving and setting up on our own.\u00a0 There was an alternative leaner approach, the bubble burst and Cream Soda Media was born.<\/p><\/div>
